Trying something new...

Lately I have wanted to expand on what I cook for dinner. I have been looking for good recipes that I might want to try. Tonight I made Lemon Pepper Pork Chops! I am going to toot my own horn and say that they were very very yummy! I added some sauteed mushrooms to top it off! Here is what they looked like.

Ella's eye is alot better. Almost all of the bruising is gone, just need the yellow and the eye infection to go away!

Evolution of Ella's Eye...

Here are a few pictures of Ella's surgery healing. I did not get a picture of her golfball hematoma last night because I was freaked out and we rushed to the ER, but it is slowly going down and the Doctor said she should be fine. Love and Hugs!
