A couple of weekends ago we got together with the Morrison's and Flavin's and drove about 25 minutes up the road to a castle that is in ruin. I do not know the name, but we enjoyed hiking up the trail to see it. There wasn't much left so we decided to leave and go to dinner at the Mexican Cantina outside Vogelweh. All in all it was a nice outing on a wonderfully sunny day.
As you can see, there was not much left of this castle overlooking a small town.
I try to get good pictures of nature everywhere we go. My ultimate plan is to print these pictures and mat them to hang in the house. It is also a chronicle of the places we have explored.
